Bringing the wild flavours of the Lizard Range to the table, this summer we're expanding our popular foraging dinners into a new immersive Foraging Weekend, running July 31 - August 2.
This exclusive accommodation package offers a chance to escape to the mountains, where guided hikes and refined, multi-course dinners crafted from foraged ingredients are thoughtfully woven together. Each course is created by the lodge’s culinary team using seasonal and locally sourced produce, and is introduced with stories of where the ingredients are found and how they grow. Blending outdoor discovery with elevated mountain accommodation and fine-dining cuisine, the weekend offers guests a deeper connection to the land and a true taste of the mountains.

- Friday and Saturday Foraging Dinners
